Our water
Made in Tema.Trusted nationwide.
AVEA started in 2019 with one filling line and a simple frustration: too much of the water sold in Ghana was unlabelled, untraceable and inconsistent. We built the plant we wished existed — and we print the proof on every pack.

The process
Eight stages, no shortcuts
Every litre — bottled or sachet — takes the same journey through our line. There is no second-tier water at AVEA.
Sediment & carbon
Grit, silt and chlorine are pulled out before anything else.
Softening
Hardness is corrected so the water never tastes chalky.
Reverse osmosis
A 0.0001 micron membrane strips dissolved solids and metals.
Ozone injection
Ozone sterilises the tank and leaves no chemical residue.
UV sterilisation
A final UV pass at the filler kills anything that survived.
Mineral balancing
Calcium and magnesium are dosed back for taste and health.
Micron polishing
A 0.2 micron polish before the filler head.
Sealed & coded
Bottles capped and sachets sealed, batch printed in-line.

Sustainability
Water should not cost the country
Sachets are cheap to make and expensive to clean up. We fund a collection scheme in Accra and Kumasi that pays per kilo for returned film, and every glass and 19L bottle we sell comes back to us for sanitising and refilling.
42 tonnes
Film collected and recycled in 2025.
1.4M litres
Water recovered from RO reject and reused.
ISO 22000
Food safety management aligned.
Route pooling
Shared runs cut delivery emissions 18%.
